Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years previous banking experience working in a branch, which includes customer service and cash handling
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient knowledge of PC (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:
• Front-line customer service position to handle teller and customer service requests
• Sell and cross-sell bank products and services
• Assist Banking Center Manager with operational duties and responsibilities
• Serve as backup to Financial Service Rep during peak and heavy traffic times
• Provide customer service for miscellaneous account issues that occur within the banking center
